JD MRTK modem issues

Have a 4glte modem on the back of a 6000 receiver. It has stopped picking up rtk. Modem is staying in idle state, light on back of modem is constantly on, SIM card definitely has credit on it and is working as i tried it in my phone.
Any suggestions??

Have you the latest 6000 receiver? We had similar issues and the roll out of 5g was blamed for loss of signal. Apparently JD are aware of the problem and as far as I'm aware doing nothing about it. We have changed our receiver to the latest 6000HA model and so far so good, but considerable expense !!!! This may be your problem
