Odd chap: he was once a very staunch anglophile, advocating help for the UK in re the Falklands when even most Republicans were unwilling to offer it (openly anyway). One wonders what has happened to him to alter his political / moral compass and, specifically, when he became 'woke', and why...

He is just a figurehead/kindly uncle joe acceptable face for the progressive left headed by harris.
If its' true that actions speak louder than words, calling for unity then doing the opposite, throwing 20,000 keystone workers out of a job on the first day in office as a sop to the greenie.s............you get the picture.

Only those folks working on that pipeline will have just moved to the next job anyway.

You need to broaden your reading material. Take the news and information overload from varying perspectives.

Thats' just what joe told them , get a job in the solar biz , trouble is there are not too many jobs' paying $150k in that industry.
Another example of the contempt for blue collar working people.
From my own experience in the US, no residence but many trips and stays with friends and relations, it seems to me that anything paying $150k is hardly what falls under the classical term 'blue collar', that regardless of what the payee is actually doing.

In todays' economy you would be surprised, skilled farm worker will be on $$50k
Anyone with ambition and willing to put in the hrs...........how about crane driver, skilled high rise crane driver $400,000 and a shortage of applicants............ok, its' highly skilled but not bad money.
It must be true, the streets ARE paved with gold, so long as you know how to scoop it up.!

That’s excellent news. Biden’s planning a major infrastructure investment. Not before time. The skills will be needed.

I see, and Trump was clearly a man of the people no less, what with spending near 300 days playing golf at his own resorts which must have cost the tax payer billions?

C'mon,
I was once told by a very successful farmer in the UK that there were two things' you must never ever do (or seen to be doing if you are a farmer) as both are severely frowned on.
Of course you ask "what are they"............get ahead and enjoy yourself was his answer.
I guess that still holds' true.?
