John Deere 2450 hydraulic leak

We have had problems with the lower load Control Shaft seals ( 3 point hookup arms) on a 1986 John Deere 250 Tractor. There is a shaft that passes through the very bottom of the Transmission/ Differential case that the load arms attach to. We had the shaft & seals replaced as damaged, then it started leaking again so replaced the seals. It is leaking slightly again, anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Were the outer bushes that contain the seals replaced at the same time?
If your bushes have only one groove, replace them with bushes with two grooves and fit two seals on each side. The purple coloured seals from a JD dealer or QTP are better quality than the yellow Vapormatic offering. The bushes will need driven out with a long drift through from the other side, but the new ones need pressed in straight. A length of threaded rod with large washers and nuts will pull them back in.
