John Deere 4455 powershift fault

Our first John Deere powershift strip down 24 hours in. Parts are now being ordered, before the rebuild starts. There's only three tables full of parts?

Middle clutch pack had broken a tooth and destroyed the plates and sun gear

Was the machine reversed a long way ? One of the cluck packs gets starved of oil if reversed too far.

I'm not sure Monty it was originally repaired by JD dealer lasted 75 hours I suspect planetary gear train was not timed properly but not hundred percent on the cause
