John Deere 5820

Hello just wondered if anybody could help.

just purchased John Deere 5820 of a customer

it has a hydraulic problem.
if you have your foot on the break steering goes really stiff The link arms do not operate

And the services on the back do not work if you take your foot off the break the services work

any ideas what it could be or I should check out first thanks

Sounds like a priority valve problem. I dont know where its located
