John Deere 6520 TLS goes up&down on start ?

So sometimes it goes in the middle on engine start and sometimes it goes up completely and then completely down on the rubbers and stays that way.
Is that TLS position sensor fault or what could it be ?
Also while driving it makes pump noise and moves TLS every 5 sec for 1sec.

Thanks

Now Then..
Have you looked for any error codes??
Also, take a look at the link from the panhard rod up to the arm on the sensor and check that it's still attached.
I've also seen contamination from brake failure cause TLS problems... I assume your brakes are good??

Well, tranny is repaired 10 hours ago coz of the reverse. Then I must remove and clean that front hydraulic part from TLS ?

If the reverse brake plates have worn to excess causing fine filings in the transmission oil then yes.
It's a very difficult valve assembly to strip down. I would look in the Technical Manual to see if there are tests first...

Test for that valve ? Can you please check if there is some test that I can make with Advisor 5 ? Just some guidance and I will find it. Thanks
My mechanic told me some rubber seals can make problems on that valve.

If you have any fault for TLS or faulty sensor TLS computer should disconnect TLS function. Quick way to test solenoids and sensors, make ish 5 times front axle calibration and look if you will have any faults for sensor. If faults - change sensor if no faults after TLS will go in the middle swith engine off and disconnect all TLS solenoids and try use tractor. If you have any filling inside TLS system and solenoids front axle should go up or downs without computer (as solenoids are disconnected). Then you now where is you fault. W
When i was in dealership i have similar simptoms on 20 seria (the same like yours). After TLS controller update i manage to fix all stupid things with TLS.

80-90% its sensor, as sensor mowes milion times up and down. Its not all the time the same as was at your tractor. If you change sensor you need to do front axle calibration anyway. So before change sensor just do 5 times calibration. Why few times as sometime when do 1 caliration its shows good bet after fer more cal it will show error. If shows error you will now 100% that its sensor. As SteveO said that he have Service Advisor 5 so all info how to do calibration is in side. Just need to use dashscreen (BIF) to do calibration. Enless he have and EDL?

Yea I have EDL too. I will try to make calibration 4-5 times and see if I get any error. That sounds like a good system to check the sensor.

Thanks guys
