John Deere s690 combine settings

In wheat now sprayed off 10 days ago , can’t seem too get any out put as soon as I pushed it on it overloads the tailings / returns , didn’t have this problem last year here are the settings I’m using
Cylinder 900
Fan 1050
Concave 28
Chaffer/ top sieve 18Mm
Bottom sieve 8mm
Any help would be good please

Cylinder flat out, concave 14-16, top @ 14, bottom @8 here on 685, yes taking some thrashing & although ready @13% here it’s not “ripe” yet? Cheers dh

Try Rotor 850-1000 concave 20 top sieve 18-20 bottom sieve 9-11 1200 fan keep opening bottom sieve till returns drop just watch your sample.

Great thanks , I only moved my bottom and top sieve by 2 and it cured it , going well now
