Any farmer hereabouts embarked on this process and challenged through the court the decision of a public body? Be interested to hear your experience.

I was on the receiving end. A planning permission was revoked after a JR. The council rolled over at first threat. They were right to, as there were several process errors. Not that hard to find something it seems.

Another permission revoked at the same time, was twice re-granted and challenged successfully. That development never happened.

To day a discussion with another farmer told of a farmer not been that long in a farm quite close to an ssssi, ne, surry system and silage pits are suitable so ok, they would go for grants and planning to up grade went for planning , wait for it ne, objected to the planning . Alas I do not have any more information but just typical of ne.
