Think they had to get a new valve then strip it just for the ball to rebuild in old motor

How did you set that filter flush valve . Manual said fully in and a turn back out but would it not affect spray pressure too as seems to be on pressure side [emoji848]

Seems right . Suction filter , pressure and then laser recirc closest to sprayer axle .

I've closed the pressure filter flush valve fully so it's not returning to tank. Both filters the same as manual .

Cheers for suggestion tho as can see how housings could be mixed up

I was never really convinced about the recirculating as there always seemed to be a bit of chemical in the end of the booms when cleaning [emoji57]
Did you find any tricks for the best way to flush booms and recirc lines out?

With the old case trailed , I used to self fill on suction side with pressure valve set to spray , recirc set manually as high as it would go on rds and sook in about 600 litres . This would draw clean water in and through the booms back to tank . I'd then stop pto and drain out. Seemed to be only way with case but it won't work on knight being a suction recirc from main tank .

Sure sticker says to set laser draw to clean water tank but will it be big enough. Its maybe why you found it still with chemical but u maybe worked out some tricks over the years to help

Master switch on and section controls off it says in manual. Not sure that I have noticed the difference myself.

did you get the narrow wheels as well or just gonna run it on the wider ones, not sure what width your running but we are on 72", the axle is marked where to move it into for narrows

I got both sets but looking out for a set of 14" to 18"s just to run it on all the time

give knight a call direct, they are pretty good over the phone
Can't see them helping the 3rd or whatever owner , of a 2003/4 machine

Still seem to be going in circles trying to get it calibrated . Must be missing something unless it is somehow returning to tank .

RDS reading how I'd expect but sight level gauge still shows 100litres under dosing when spraying 4 hecs .

Anyone see anything I'm doing or done wrong ? . Gauge might be out when fully empty or full but surely consistent enough between 1000 to 2000 as tested .

Sorry about all the pics
