Hi,
Is it possible to buy Kramp parts online or dose it have to be through a distributor,
If so how do I find my local distributor?

Thanks

Kramp is supplied by most farm machinery dealers
Kramp online service is available as an option to big customers who want the flexibility of ordering online and Invoiced by your dealer
We have several customers that used it and it works well

Kramp is trade only ................
Give them a ring they will tell you their nearest stockist/distributor.
But an excellent company to deal with

Most of our local man and van guys deal with Kramp, Vapormatic, Sparex, Granit etc but they all complain about the carriage charges. With Kramp online we have a system they order through us (a main dealer) with agreed terms, so it is more flexible for local man in van or big customer. We have lot of van guys in our area and I try to be as helpful as I can to get them a good deal and their continued custom, after all I was in their shoes once, it's a tough old world out there. So yes Kramp online is good as tractor dealer said works well for us.

Why would they complain about carraige charges? Its free next day delivery for most of them if over £100 trade/dealer cost do you not pass that on?!

For company's like kramp that are sending 1000's of parcels a day, postage costs are very cheap.

A friend sells pop up tents and he has a contract with ups and can send anything up to 30kg for about £4

Free delivery, I wonder how that pays as £100 of plough points are heavy and can't be cheap to post.

Vap sparex and bepco are free delivery on dealer orders that are over £100 thats not rrp but dealer cost! With exceptions to southern ireland and parts of scotland etc that fall in to the higher carriage cost post code areas.
With vap and becpo this also includes a delivery to a third party so delivered direct to you the customer and dealer never actually sees the part. I do this alot because it saves time keeps costs down even if i have the part in my own stock.
Sparex on the other hand want or used to want a £20 or so fee to set up the customers delivery address on the dealers account there after it was fee for any delivery to that address that followed if over £100.

Weight does not come in to it. Its value. The seats i sell are heavy and often come from suppliers main warehouse in belguim on a next day free carriage as over £100! If i order a seat from someone like capital seating or who ever its £35 carriage due to its weight.

Sometimes the suppliers do a special offer on something and reduce the cost from say £105 to £99! Great if you want something else as well but if not then computer charges you carriage so your worse off!
In these cases i phone order in and request normal price:D

Some suppliers are shifting so many orders they have a special deal with couriers.
Manitou for example send out thousands of orders ever day from there parts centre in france about 60tons! Every day:wideyed:
Video on you tube which i found other day tracking an order from dealer to customer.:)
