KRM Magnum Powerharrow 540/1000

Hi i have this powerharrow which says its 1000 speed but it has a 540 spline pto and when i rotate the input and do the maths i get a rota speed of around 315rpm.
This surely has been modified for 540 yes?

Perhaps previous owner couldn't be bothered changing shaft on tractor.

I've a neighbour on light land who just runs power harrow at 540 because light land and doesn't want to work it too much.

The gearing must have been changed. If i used it at 540 it would be spinning approx 600rpm on the rotors?
