kuhn 1131 here has these spec oils for the gearbox in the manual. capacity 7.7 litres.
shell omala 460
esso spartan ep460
tribol tribol 110/460
optimol optigear BM 460 or ultra 460
texaco meropa 460 or synlube 460 or synerol 460

Anyone know what spec the oil is in the gearbox? Kuhn won’t tell me and want £130 for 7lts

cheers
Looking at the price and and products above, it’s a synthetic MEP 460.
The trouble with synthetic gear oils is they are either a PAO or PAG, and one isn’t compatible with the other ( pretty sure they are usually PAO’s )
You could go back to Kuhn and ask them again, because they are breaking the law if you are the user, and they withhold the information you requested.
See note 4 below.
