Kuhn ga7301 parts

Looking for replacement parts for a Kuhn GA7301 rake. Cam race went bye-bye and took out some arm cranks and the roller bearings. Rotor discs got bent as well. Anyone know of anything cheaper than kramp? I feel like I'm putting good money to bad with this rake as it hardly does a field without something to repair...

I had the same problem with a 7501 , it went down the road during the summer . I wouldn't say you can get anything only original cam track.

Try Kuhn. Sometimes the more specialist parts are bought in genuine parts. To witch they put their %. Hence manufacturer can be cheaper

Sounds like it’s totally worn out or been abused. I’ve had the same 7301 rake for years with virtually no bother.. If you pm me with all the parts you need I should be able to get good prices for you.

Thanks, will get the list to you as soon as I can verify the parts required. You're right it's been abused (not by me either though - we only want it for our farm use of about 250 acres per year). I bought from a dealer at the end of season a few years ago without seeing it first and had nothing but bother with it. Continually nursing it through each field. The dealer assured me it had been refurbished but in all honesty they had patched up (badly) some serious breakages, which I could only find when I stripped it to repair associated problems. As I bought it at the end of the season I didn't get to use it until the following year by which time any chance to complain was long gone. I'm considering just consigning it to the history books and a sorry lesson learned but most things are good with it, but I could see that the right hand rotor had been damaged before.
