I just got a new Es 100 with the 200 headstock , hydraulic front furrow width and memory
Do i have to set up the aligment of the plough, and what does the valve on the working width cylinder does
Thanks in advance

On an es like you have you'll need 3 double acting spools
1 for front furrow
1 for turnover
1 to set the width with memory ram

Turnover spool will pull plough in turn it over then push it back out to the set width.

Memory ram one will alter the width from 12 to 20 inch so you set your max width with this .

Both turnover and vari width can be used in the move

Keep your front furrow slide well greased it's never keen to move at the best of times

Ideally a the distance between the inside sidewalls of the tyres on the front axle is the same as that of the rear axle

This crosshaft is not exactly in the middle
Should i adjust it ??

Won't be too important depending how much it's off .

You might need to swap the plates it's in from side to side to get it closer to the tractor if you're struggling for top link length . But that might be the 250 headstock now I think about it I can't remember needing to do a 200in the past

I mean that the crosshaft is 3 cm to the right

The only other thing that might need turned is the slide the front furrow goes on depending on your track width of your tyres.

It's got 2 positions I did mine when I needed to but get the dealer to do it if required
