Kverneland UN7655 wrapper. Number of rotations for 8 layers wrap

Contractor wrapping 80x90 5ft square Haylage bales. How many rotations should we do to get 6 or 8 layers of wrap. Used last time we were getting 21 bales per 2 rolls of wrap. Does this sound about right?

Kuhn 4014 here which replaced that wrapper I think 22 turns putting6 layers on here average 19 bales per roll

Hmm we are only getting 12 bales per roll. 21/ 22 per pair of wraps.

I know. We only did 125 bales last week and used 11 rolls. Starting again next week and want it right. We tend to put on 8 layers

Not sure about your machine but the Kuhn detects slip and will put more turns on they should be ok those bales
