I have some Torwens (hill breed) lambing outside on a hill farm early April. I'm keen to run the whole group as a mob. I was wondering how long you can run uncastrated rams with ewes and ewe lambs before there is an issue(sexual maturity)? Given their a hill breed I was thinking separation might be later?
