Lamb Conjunctivitis/ Cloudy eye

I have had few lambs, 3-7 days old, which have either conjunctivitis or a single cloudy eye.

Any recommendations to treat?

A steady hand, fine needle and blob of Pen/strep along the lid. Also helps to turn the lid out

Just out of interest, can you still get pen/ strep? We got sent betamox as the vet couldn’t get any

We got "Pentomycin" which is pen and strep but a bit of a pain as you have to keep it in the fridge.

Maybe I'm being fussy!

If its entropion, it's hereditary. We had a problem with a Border Leicester tup throwing it.
