if you are going to spend that kind of money make the shed universal not just for sheep it will be there for a long time and you may want to do other things in the future, a twin span or maybe a central span and 2 leanto would be most economical
 
Too exposed in my opinion for poly tunnels. The problem is once you have decided what size shed is best, the foundations are to dig and the shed is to put up. Then the internals need paying for and your now up over 100k! And we havnt laid any concrete yet!

Hurricane spec tunnel will stand up to a lot.

You may be looking for a multi use building for lambing, cattle housing or general storage where a shed would be better but if just for lambing then a tunnel is the way forward IMO.
