Hi I have about 4 acres of land with a barn and all fenced off with running water what would be the going rate for sheep to graze thanks

Rent it out for horses would make you the most money. Unless someone next door wants it for sheep otherwise it’s not worth much being only a small area

Yup. 4ac with water might get you a small thank you at the end of the year, but no cash would change hands for that.

Well that depends how big this shed is that’s on it [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] if I could lamb 400 sheep in it I’d give you a decent wad of cash [emoji87]
