Learn about material screeners

Hey guys, not trying to advertise, just thought this might be interesting to some in this group who want to learn more about material handling machines.

The company I work for is running a virtual event demo-ing a portable screener made by Screencore that doesn't need a permit for set up. We'll be streaming on Youtube and it's completely free to view/attend, live on the 4th of February

We'll be showing off how easy the machine is to set up from loading off the back of a truck, and the overall operation of the machine.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask the manufacturer and our customer any questions you might have about the machine in a live AMA.

Spent weeks at a time feeding a crusher then into a screener and watching the shovel driver decide which pile to shift first .
Hey Lincs, What sort of screener do you use on site? I think this one is kind of interesting because it folds onto the back of a truck and doesn't need a permit for set up.

would think its an e.a permit
Yes I think you're right on the EA permit, although I'm not totally sure. This doc has a bit more info on uk permits if you're interested >> https://assets.publishing.service.g...-screening-process-guidance-note-3-16_12_.pdf

Although I believe there might be a size limit in more built up areas so a lot of screeners that are permit friendly can be somewhat underpowered compared to something that might live on a farm or a quarry, but this one is still very capable I believe.

Maybe not as applicable to farming so!

Interesting you mention rebar! Did the screener have any issues with that? Was it comparable to this machine? Seems to me like that might cause issue but doesn't seem like it's a problem for most?

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
