LED Trailer Lights

Has anyone had an issue with LED trailer lights not being recognised by the towing vehicle?
Just purchased a new sheep/lamb trailer fitted LED lights, when I plugged the trailer light plug in the trailer lights don't work, yet when plugging in a conventional bulb trailer board, all lights work!
Any suggestions?

My truck is 13 with an adaptor for use with a 7 pin socket if needed.

The new trailer has a 13 pin plug on it, so theoretically it should plug straight in and work, yet it doesn't, not even if I use two adaptors!

Do you mean the indicator in the car does not work ? LEDs use very little power and the tow car might not recognize them ?

What’s the vehicle? Most probably the vehicle is not actually registering enough current draw due to LED lamps to detect a trailer there and not energising the correct circuits

Can bus adapter Think this might do the trick, as above, need more resistance in the circuit.
