Is there a way to stop the interference? Put all leds on the 6506 here and didn't buy the cheap ones, changed the top line ones to led to. So they might be the problem but is there such a thing as a suppressor to fit somewhere?
NO AFAIK its all to do with the screening of the electronics that work the led chips & in CHINA where 90% of these things esp from ebay are from that just go's out the window. UTV Products have said there ones from CHINA are specced with the correct EMC spec to stop this interference. Its Standard Practice on all the Nordic Lights which if you have a read of the detailed specs it explains all about these issues

Every time this subject comes up I struggle to see the benefit of going for expensive ones! I've lots on various vehicles all have been cheap eBay/Amazon ones have used the lower wattage but got a few 48w and are very good.
I don't really give a stuff about the radio, but given there is a far more critical steering receiver/controller sat in the roof, it's not worth the pain and aggravation of that playing up or being otherwise affected.

Thanks @General-Lee
Suppressor on the supply lead to whatever has the interference radio/CB.
You can get them on E-Bay .........
Double check all the earths especially if its a CB
Then just power up one LED, switch it on to cause the interference, then completely wrap it in tin coil just to test. Probably have to earth the foil and the foil will get hot, so be careful. Then cut back on the shield to let the LED shed light, but still sufficient to reduce the interference. Then you can get sticky back tin foil shielding, for all the LED's, when you know it works.

Bad or insufficient earths or LED's sharing power leads or even looms with the radio/CB will all cause your problems.
It can take a bit of time ........

Whatever the op gets (chinese or expensive chinese ;) ) mught as well get 48w lights as they will not overload existing wiring.

I've at least 2 ebay ones on each machine with no radio or gps interference. I guess I'm just lucky.
@TripleSix do you want to try a pair from stock?

@davieogrutha for most applications in agriculture a 24W LED will be fine. If you are looking to illuminate a sprayer boom over 30m then I would look at the 50W versions. I've attached an image of the output from the entry level KL1002 LED light which is rated at 24Watts and 1500 lumens. The second image is of a 50 W light illuminating the left hand section of a 40m sprayer boom; this gives you an idea of the light spread.

http://www.nordiclights.com/start-english/products/light-simulation this link will take you to a page where you can compare the various light options and lenses.

I have a twitter account @retrofitparts I use this to show images the lights in action and of the lighting applications that the Nordics are used in.
