I used DAS Law (ask for Ian Slack) through the NFU when I had a faulty bit of new kit. The other person decided to fight it even though they did not have a leg to stand on. Got my money back and costs paid. Took 18 months and my solicitors soon got their costs to 25k. Don’t have any telephone conversations with the other side, Make sure everything is what’s app, text or email So you have a record. To get a report from an independent engineer to inspect the machine cost £1200.
