Can anybody tell me if this is legal or not, registered as a tractor and can be driven on a standard car licence?Seen it for sale on the Internet

5th wheel removed. Could be registered as Ag but doubt it would stand up to roadside scruting from vosa.

Last farm I worked had a 12t grain body on a 4 wheeler lorry ran on red and registered as limited use so you could go within a few mile of the farm. No tachometer, red diesel, ag license to drive it. Very handy around the yards and grain store as no tractor required and only 4ft longer than a standard trailer.

I know someone who got done big style for using an artic on a tractor licence . But it did have 5 wheels .
