Levelling Road planings

Our yard/ hardstanding consists mainly of road planings on top of compacted hardcore. Has a fair bit of traffic on it in terms of forklifts and artics which tend to scuff the top around leading to an uneven surface.

Fully tarmaccing or conreting the yard is not an option currently so am looking at potential bits of kit that we can use to maintain/ level off the surface to keep things as level as possible.

Thinking along the lines of hackett harrows or similar but has anyone expereinced this before and could make any suggestions? We don't have access to a slew/ mini digger so needs to be something that goes on the tractor and is heavy enough to disturb and level things. There are no membranes to worry about.

I made this up out of bits of left overs 40 years ago and used on a 90hp 4 WD with cat two pins, it was some bit wider and is the answer to getting things flat, I retired over 20 years ago and now only have a small 4 WD 20HP compact and as often need something to level things. so altered it firstly cutting it down in width to just under 7ft so can leave on the tractor and load it up on my truck, as using it to level in reverse added extended top and bottom three point cat one mounts that can also take two tines that swing, going forward they loosen and going backwards they swing forward out of work. For a yard that gets compacted it needs the top lightly loosened in places so would need ideally set of very short tines to loosen things first, I recently levelled 3.6 ton of 20mm stone flat in minutes.
