Just had bearings go on wobble box do any companies do service exchange on them?

I can imagine many dealers will carry a service exchange wobble box.
My mate who is self employed might even have one to be honest, he certainly always carried one as he fixes loads of Claas combines. He obviously just fits the box & repairs the old one.

Might get an exchange one from JMT...
They are available from I think probably Turkey now, for about half Claas money, may still be better off with a rebuilt Claas one? Unless it was refurbed with ersatz yoke and bearings, of course .

Most Claas dealers would do an exchange box or Claas supply a new guts complete just use your own casing but bearings are easy enough to replace fo4 reasonable money, open it up and have a look as it could just be the big nut tightening the taper roller bearings has come slack or cracked, has happened to me before. Have a good check of knife and fingers as that’s what kills the wobble box

Don't know how many late nights/early mornings we spent putting bearings etc into our claas wobble box.

Best thing we did was just buy a new 1.

Makes you wonder, I spoke to my mate & he has one that fits up to 25 foot cutterbar, above that it's a heavy duty box.
