You’ve got to feel sorry for a lot of them. They simply can’t cope with the notion that their minds are befuddled by emotion, so much so that they can’t cope with facts.
Very true.

I think there's also a perception that if you are broadly in agreement with what is being touted as 'the right thing' by the mainstream, then anybody or anything contrary to that is either a fool, disrupter, or most likely both, and simply should not be listened to or their perspective given any credence whatsoever as it will be nonsense.

That's happened with a few other things in the past few years as well!

Indeed. But then if you demonise meat and fat then you can funnel the public into the really profitable stuff, whilst not giving a toss about whether the public lives very long. All about the money. Funny thing about stopping people eating meat and fat, they become hungrier as a result. Bingo.
But then proccesed food in itself is a hunger food as its digested to quick
Good quality Fat will curb hunger as a substitute to carbs , but it a has to be balanced healthy diet , its not
difficult if you care about your health
The problem is the government are not interested because the food giant's have to much power

No, even type 2 can be hereditary (Type 1 is completely different!)
40% of the problem with type 2 can be the Cortisol hormone causing insulin resistance due to Stress.

Stop watching the News or listening to Radio 4.
Forget watching Question Time altogether!

Do a Crossword or Codewords puzzle instead of trying to watch 4 weather forecasts in half an hour before you go to work. Learning breathing exercises to calm you when you get stressed.

Try to make time to go for a walk and enjoy what you are seeing.
Stop blaming yourself when things go wrong that are out of your control.

Stress can contribute but it’s insulin resistance that causes T2.
