Has anyone ordered any bit from these people?

Ordered some replacement light and they haven't arrived and the don't answer their email or phone, luckily paid by credit card so its their problem.
depending if they have stock or awaiting a delivery
I emailed about stock of a certain LED ,dont keep much stock
all ready ordered from some where else but trying to find a back up supplier

Ordered Fed, expected August September

There are more and more big established companies taking orders and payment for stuff they don't even have. I think supply of lots of things is difficult these days.
Irritates me as I have become used to this pay now and it arrives tomorrow or the next day lark, 7-10 days late and I am not buying of you again!
Having said that, many must remember all the adds in Exchange and Mart and elsewhere ending with "please allow up to 28 days for delivery"

The 28 days though was also allowing for postage time to them of your order and payment and also time for them to bank and clear a cheque - those delays have now gone due to Credit / debit cards and BACS

@UTV Products quick delivery. Got lightbar home for drill 2 days after ordering.
