Commercial pallet racking goes up very quick as it just interlocks together then you can rawl bolt it direct into a concrete floor. Mezzanine floor and roof are cross bars used horizontally instead of vertical and wired to the frames. Timber wired to the cross bars allows tins to be nailed direct to the timber.

there is a similar type thats popular in canada, so they must be pretty strong

I've seen a Canadian one with air pumped between two skins on the frame, but they are dealing with seriously low temperatures compared to us. I've got a simple 9m x 30m one for bale storage which has been very good.

Did you ever do anything spin? I was trying to look at something a bit better than a poly tunnel and i wondered about those ones you see on out door pig units? With hesstons for walls. Anyway found this thread and I like the look of @Muck Spreader s type of thing. Anyone found similar in the uk?
