Lister Nova Shears.

I have just been told the motor on my Lister Nova has burned out . One of the windings got fried it seems .
Is it possible to get this motor rewound and is generally a good job or should I be looking at a new motor 274 Euro plus VAT plus delivery ..... 300 Euro at Least !!!.
What to do ?

trade it in and Get a lister Nexus (traditional) (brand new is best value over second) , will last for yers. on farm use.

Which is why ..... I was hoping someone on here would have had experience in getting that Tyco Crompoton small motor repaired or replaced for less .
