Llamedos Queen of the Forum

New people often ask about the Points on here, and when it started the idea of getting the full 113 seemed unrealistic.

Now though hundreds of people have waffled on for so long that having the full set has not only become common place but unremarkable.

But if you stray on to Notable Members there is an interesting quirk.

No one in their right mind would question that @llamedos fully deserves some extra magic points. Not only does she do sterling work both back-of and front-of house on the forum, but consider what she has to put up with at home; looking after @Landyman a sort of mountain troll who spends his working hours tending fiery furnaces in the stygian gloom of a dark satanic cavern.

But what does it tell us about @Sleepy ? He may well be the tech savvy member of the partnership that launched the forum but why has he given himself only one extra point? Quite rightly one less than @llamedos but one more than everyone else including Clive?

And how is the little lad doing now?
He's been amazing since Friday, even had our first day in 6 months without any sick :D and now it's gone dramatically down hill since lunch time, and has brought everything back up and won't eat/drink a thing at the moment (n) he's on food trials at the moment so seems like he's reacted to strawberrys :barefoot: only 3.5 days though until he sees the specialist :D

What has @llamedos done wrong??

She seems to have been stripped of her Crown and all her points. :scratchhead::scratchhead:

Should the rest of us be afraid....:nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting:

Someone cried foul at what was joke  they were seemingly happy once points were gone.

There should be a special award of points for putting up with moaning forum members. It should be way above the extra 1 or 2 points you previously had.

Speak nicely to @Clive and get him to agree to your being awarded 150 points for having to put up with complaining forum members. That will teach the complainer to complain!

PS My commission will be a couple of points :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

no idea what's happened there - must be the new tech guy poking about with buttons he doesn't yet fully understand !

while we are talking points I have an intention (soon as it can be implemented) to make them of some actual relevance - I have already mentioned in another thread that members can trade them for directory listings for their holiday, B&B / camping business but that also goes for ANY farming diversification so farm contracting etc or any members that supply inputs etc who have enough points (99) are welcome to cash them in against a directory listing on here now, just select TTF points as the payment option on the application form and @Chris F will sort it out for you

Soon as I can get it all sorted I will also make them redeemable against various TFF merchandise we have planned

we will also change the way they are earned and lift the max limit that is currently in place

she does get paid you know ! no one would put up with what she does for fun !! But agree Carole also deserves as many points as she wants (and has the power to award them herself !)
