You have the front sections on the wrong side the brackets are actually 35 ones as tigger says the lever is a pedal stop TE footplates were a different pattern We used to fit ex 35 ones to the TE 20s they will be fine

No footplates here, find they build up with muck and mud! T20 rev counters on the other hand are very valuable/sort after if you have one, £1500+, think one sold on ebay not too long ago for £1800. Oh and epicyclic reduction slices make around the same money too.
