You've not managed to get many fit birds to join yet though.to be fair, ever since I joined this site the traffic has increased considerably, my threads have become famous, apparently even the Daily Mail quoted something I posted on this forum, that's according to @Devil's advocate
Nigel Farage is also an avid follower of my threads

Where's the receptionist?
Well I hope you asked them to buy New Zealand wine to help out the colonials. The back of the coffee machine is very shiny thank you very much
but I've just noticed we're getting a bit low on wine so I've asked the smoking hot receptionist to order some more in

Most Sundays Mrs Bomber buys produce directly from a farm shop, a very expensive one I might add, somewhere in South Hertfordshire. Previously I thought she bought from a farm shop in Totteridge North London but after a forensic examination of the Bomber household accounts (long overdue imo) it transpires the Totteridge farm shop closed years ago
So to answer your question I don't mind at all paying premium for produce direct from the farm
Always happy to support farmers local and far, absolutely love farmers, you're all scallywags imo
Much love

Can't be arsed to read all of this thread, but assuming it's about chickens, and politics, here's my contribution.
If it is true that we get the politicians we deserve, then it is also true that we get the farming systems we deserve. I wont eat chicken when out, and at home will only eat the whole chicken that costs £16 from the farmers market because that's the proper price for a sentient being that feeds us for 3 meals. If the bomber and others have a problem with factory farmed chicken then it's simple enough, dont buy cheap chicken.
Shouldn't stuff "direct from farm" be cheaper?
By the way its been rumoured that not all farm shops or farmers markets are as honest as you might think
@Bomber Harris can you post a pic of yourself ,so we can see you rather than the coffee machine. Heres two of me,one work one play

Why even run the risk (and add the food miles) of buying from a farmers market.
I think you're a farmer? Why not just rear some yourself?
