Looking for barn to rent slightly south of London

Hi there,

I'm on the lookout for a barn to rent anywhere between the A21 and A24 south of London. Anywhere within an hour or so of Croydon would be ideal.

It's predominantly storage for items of set but we will also use it as a workshop to build set from time to time.

If anyone has any leads then I'd be really grateful.
