I am looking to rent a unit/s that can be used as an artist studio, in Sussex or Kent.
Minimum 600 sq ft.
Please let me know if you have anything available or coming up later this year.
Our wish list would include:
• Space that can be divided into 3 separate areas/rooms
• a sink with hot and cold running water
• electricity and plenty of power points
• insulated area
• window/s (as an artist we need as much light as possible
• access to a toilet
• parking
• security
• wifi/broadband
• able to use the space as a fully functioning workshop (some noise, smells, mess with 2-3 people
