The ford 7740 is another good example. It's clear to see who was advertising it by the lorry in the background.

Explain , its very elaborate if it is a scam , the company is registered at a legit accountants .

Well it is a very elaborate, well thought out scam. Good website techys working on it etc. You can see the pictures are taken from other dealers websites.

We asked to visit the yard and they gave a very elaborate response as to why we could not hit said that if we were not happy with the tractor we could return the tractor and get a full refund. We did a credit check on the company before parting with any money. We did a bank to bank transfer and on the delivery date we emailed and called and no response for the past 2 weeks. We have contacted the banks, fraud department, lawyer and debt collection agency. Unfortunately little hope of getting our money back

So thats all you have to base your theory on? , dealers buy and sell between each other all the time , the business has been registered at companies house since 2008, has a legit address and landline phone number.
In addition who in there right mind would hand over money without seeing a machine first?

I wonder how the credit check did not flag something up? Sorry to hear of your problems. I was told there are guys who will do kneecaps for £200 but that will not get your money back.
Personally anything I have bought online would be a maximum of £500 on a personal credit card. I would otherwise always want to see the machinery at the place of sale. I am no machinery expert but it as much to suss out the seller. There is always another piece of kit coming up.

Seriously? you paid for a tractor without seeing it?
Have you told the Police?
