lubing uk problems

we are having problems with a egg conveyer we rang for 3 months they say they will send somebody out to have a look but nobody has come . We have also ordered some conveyer parts throw vencomatic 6 weeks ago still nothing I thought that lubing kit was the best ,any advice whare I can get some help

What sort of problems are you having?
Were you talking to Lubing UK in the North West?
Might be worth reaching out to Lubing HQ?

chain comes off track then breaks. green plastics worn on the corners and drive stations I have spoke to lubing uk once after ringing 30 times they said they would send a engineer that was 2 and half months ago .

get in touch with Newquip , they may be able to help , spare parts department is normally very helpfull

Do you have drip oilers on the convayer ?
Was checking ours earlier and showing no signs of ware yet , 8 years old
