6480,3085,4270,4260 were new.
Had the 698 in1988 s/h.
Got the 4370 from a farm sale.Probably keep them all now,new tractors are out now,just too expensive.

last year I only housed for 84 days. Cows will be out at night until December at the earliest and graze forage crops by day all winter - Dry off at the end of Feb and onto forage rye. I try not to start a tractor in summer. I think I managed 2 weeks this year.

Wow! Our sucklers need a minimum of 10 bales a head to get through a 200 day winter. Feeding silage at the moment, about half winter consumption rate as they can graze as well. They will almost certainly be fully in by the end of October and hopefully back out the first week of May. Thats why farms are cheaper here I suppose.....

We have a lot of machinery but cleaning it storing it costs money also and if it's in a shed it needs to be insured
