:ROFLMAO:(y)

Some of their stuff is reasonable to be fair......

But the rest does make even spaldings seem cheap :LOL:
It's just a sparex catalogue with a profit margin added, and postage.
If you think they're expensive try dealing with a local sparex agent instead and save the postage?
Some just use Malpas to get sparex part numbers and argue dealer down. ;)

I get little bits from Malpas because it actually works out cheaper than going into town to deal with the main stealer parts monkey who wasn't out of nappies when my tractors were new.

They are very good and very helpful. Some stuff is Sparex and some are genuine parts - direct from NH.

They carry a fair amount in stock but also a lot is drop shipping. I.e. They order in the parts which they have advertised. I have Used them loads of times. Quick delivery, however some of the Sparex parts were absolute rubbish and not fit for scrap - a good example being 3 point linkage lift yolks. The Sparex ones were poorly cast, and looked like they were made in a backstreet forge - they fitted only just - but the threads were unevenly bored, dangerous and not cut properly - sent back several units which were all exactly the same. I also ordered top links which were Sparex but these didn't fit. Sparex sent through the wrong ones with the wrong tractor end fitted.

Also beware of certain QTP parts, the ones I had were cast in Turkey and looked very well made - but the threads didn't match up to the threads on the NH.

I cannot fault Malpas - they were quick, polite and helpful - just some of their suppliers supply crap parts !
