Manitou mlt 628 buzzer

Hi we have a manitou mlt 628, the warning buzzer that sounds when you have the ignition on continues to sound when the machine is running, in the wiring diagram it is shown as k7 load safety module, it has live to the unit as fuse is ok, however I cannot seem to find s22 which according to the diagram is wiring safety switch ?

can anyone suggest things to check ? And if they they know where the load safety switch is located as ithis turns the buzzer off ?

I assume the above differs to the load warning panel that is on the right hand side of the dash ?

TIA.

The all red light is for low transmission pressure IIRC... Is the oil level ok?

Ill check that again first thing in the morn, I pulled the dipstick but at time the engine was off, dohhh I assume like all other autos this has to be done running ? .....so would this cause the buzzer to also continuously sound ?, k7 on the wiring diagram just shows its linked to safety switch ?......

Yeah run it then dip it twice.

But that red warning light is only screwed in to forward clutch pack so should never come on in neutral or reverse anyway.

Lights and buzzer will sound if it's not charging battery.

Manitou wiring drawing are stupid. That's only 1 half of k7 relay. Theres another side to it somewhere?‍♂️

Hmm strange im pretty sure it was just that top right light and buzzer. It is on regardless if it is in forward neutral or reverse.......but I will double check in the morn to be sure it is just that light, ill study the diagram again to see if I can find the other half ha.

So its unlikey to be pressue switch ?...ive not seen any oil leaks from trans area but wont hurt to check.

Might be pressure switch they often leak and fail. Sell quite alot of them!
Equally I get quite a few gearboxes rebuilt too?

Think pressure switch is linked in to forward reverse wiring some where so it only comes on in forwards when pressures low.

Of cause someone might have taken it out and stuck it in main pressure?

Ok thanks, what the best way to test it, unplug it ? or is there a certain ohms it should have at idle or off etc.... ?

It's just a single spade connector. Pull wire off light goes out.

It should be on top of box right near the front.

If it's around the oil filter area then it's been put in main pressure.

If you got a gauge clutches should be 14 to 15 bar and main pressure 15 to 16 bar.

Light comes on around 8 to 9 bar I think.

just checked the transmissio sensor, unplugged it and put it back on a light and noise has gone, I’ve cleaned up the terminal and seems ok, if it comes back on I’ll chuck a sensor in it.

also oil level is ok ??
