The bushing is 105769
The seal both axle and knuckle 108006
The knuckle seal is twice as wide as axle but my parts book has only one number

The UK manitou store online does not allow
Other country purchase. They cannot even reciever my email query for size.
I use Holt out of Sacramento for cylinder parts which they still stock. But all the other part numbers are not stocked.
If I new the model of machine or current part number for the same size part I would be gold.
Thanks for your interest

That store isn't manitou UK. It's just a normal dealer opened a web shop and called it manitou store or similar, they then add 10 or more percent on manitou retail prices.

Part number 108006 is a good part number and available to order from manitou. £175.31 plus uk vat.
Its is the same both axle side and wheel hub side, so if you got one side different to the other its simply because someone ha been there before and used a different seal to do the same job cause it was cheaper and easier got.

You are really going to struggle for parts IMO, its based on a MT 422 FC but its very old and axle parts will be scarce. bushes and ordinary seals should be easy got locally but when you need more specialized parts you will struggle! It wouldn't be a machine i would invest my time and money on IMO

MA 202796 BUSHING is a 50 od x 45 I'd x 60 length are you certain?
that bushing is a tad long but could work as there are two of them in hub with a space between them for oil hole. On the axle side I could chop it down to 38 mm.
My supplier shou.ld be able to order them.

That bush is 50 x 45 but not 100% on the length, there is a shorter version as well and longer. These are normally used on the booms or ends of rams etc not as a drive shaft support bushing, although i doubt that will matter much.

just do search for local wrapped bronze backed bushes?

That shaft size is most likely a common size for a lot of their machines.
The bottom king pin was rusted in and after about 4 hours it would not budge so I took the acetylene torch to it but could not get it hot enough to cut thru it.
A carborundum cut off blade cut it. It must be some special stuff. I planned to reweld it back together with some 7018. Or just find some regular shaft.
Would you happen to know the type of steel those pins were made from?

I think your in big trouble if you need them type of parts. It's a rare axle.
