I've got a fuel guage that reads zero.
I've checked the sender - the float is whole and floating. The unit sends out a resistant from 0 to several hundred ohms.

I've put a new guage in and it's still at zero.

Is there anything else I should check?

Does anyone have some wiring diagrams I can use to faultfind?

Thanks

Tom

Will be the sender unit. Theres a few types depending on serial number. I probably got one in stock.

Yep didn't work again.

For some reason I decided to tug the wire.... It came out (about a meter worth). Now I need to trace that conduit back to the other end. Any ideas on route?

Thanks

Tom

be behind the panel on side of cab somewhere. it loops under the chassis and back out cab side.
