Maschio gearbox problem

Gearbox started blowing oil from breather yesterday. Was working but not that hard. Taken cover off. Oil and bearings look fine. Any ideas?? If I take 10 bolts off round bottom of gearbox will it just lift off??

From experience of other power Harrows, the gearbox will have a drive shaft through the bottom of the trough, with a tine holder on. The tine holder, and more than likely some large nut and bearing retainer will also need removing.
Was the breather clear ? allowing it to actually breath.

Mine did it once when covered in dust, cleaned off & checked oil level next morning and tried it again and was no problem. Think breather was clogged solid with dust.

If it's a DM with quick fit tines gearbox will just lift off. If it's bolt on tines shaft goes right through
