As your hanging on the quick change tool give the tines a good smack with a hammer . We cut the handle off the machio tool and welded an old 3/4 drive socket to it so we now use a breaker bar .

Well Ive had a result thanks too the help from above posts ( Roger included!!!) but in the end I had to adapt flogging the tines to hell sort of worked and even pressure worked but in the end a little more though was needed yes the tines are a tight fit made even more so with soil filling the gaps so I attacked the tine holders with the pressure washer gave the tines a boys tap and the topping on the cake was a little tool like the original slightly smaller diameter with a bolt welded on and a little persuasion with the windy gun job done
I was going to butcher the original tool thinking by the time i had chased around to make something up buying a new one would have been cheaper just as well I asked 70 euros before vat was the reply, mine wasn't as nice as that.
And they all lived happily ever after, well till tomorrow!!
