Massey 5450 Not starting

I went to start my 5450 this morning and it would not start, it turned over Ok and there was smoke from the exhaust but it would not catch and start. The fuel tank is nearly full, electric fuel pump is running and when I take the pipe of the pump fuel strones out. It is cranking over ok speed wise and there was a new starter motor fitted earlier this year. I slacked off one of the injector piped and there is very little fuel coming out of it. Would it be a solenoid problem due to the solenoid not opening enough?

Heater/cold start device working?

Not sure but when I turn the key to that position I can hear the fuel pump change tone slightly. I tried it again this afternoon when it was above freezing and it was still the same result

Does it have a heater plug or a grid heater?

Should have 4 glow plugs I believe...
