took back Massey Th 8043 same as bobcat TL 4380 Low speed light on all the time changes from 1st to 2nd in 1st does 4 mph and in 2nd 12 mph low speed light on all the time adjusted speed management even at 100% or it switched off still only does 12 mph think their must have issue with it not going into hi range
