Good morning,
3 years ago I let's say renovated hydraulic system by replacing a filter under the PTO and new seal in a piston inside.
I also checked hydraulic manifold, there were some issues like one of the cylinder responsible for some movement got stuck.
Now I can see that hydraulic lift has issues with heavier load.
I cannot lift 200-300KGs. When the tempature is higher then it's getting worse. I need to press gas pedal, then the lifter goes to a given position, and later goes down.
It's not normal.
My question is:
1. the pomp must be renovated?
2. emergency valve needs to be replaced?
3. there is a scratch on the cylinder that gives a leakage to the oil when the pressure is higher?
4. all of above?
My question is how to diagnose the problem.
I read in the manual that in the 0 point (triangle between arms and the pull rod) the hydraulics can lift approx. 1 TON.
That is not possible in these circumstances now.
