No difference....unless you meant to say 165 and 168? In which case the 168 has a bigger engine, 236 cubic inches compared to the 165's 212 cubic inches. Early 165's had a 203 cubic inch engine. The 168 has an eight speed gearbox, compared to the 165's six speed. The 168 is also longer than the 165.
