Massey Ferguson 6180 Dyna Transmission issue

Hi,
I have Massey Ferguson 6180 with dyna, abcd and hare turtle works fine, it just sometimes is getting stuck in 1-2 or 3-4 gear. What I mean 1 and 2 gear will work but then moving the stick to 3-4 is impossible. Same other way. However when I turn off tractor the stick seems to jump back and with it off I can work all gears fine.

Any ideas please?

Would it not be the same case with switching from 1st to 2nd?
