Hi I have this error code on a 6482 tier 2 sisu iv checked for debris in the banjo bolt and check the fuel line back to the tank and also changed the filters I’ve seen on a previous thread that it could be the rail pressure relief valve could somebody advise me where this is located?

A tier 2 tractor is not common rail so you will not have the relief valve.
I would check the electric pump on top of the filter housing is working correctly
